Final Product

Final design deliverable for the Ticor Title agent website revamp

Outcome

Delivered a unified, modern web presence for all 250 Ticor Title agents, transforming outdated 90s-era pages into professional, mobile-ready sites built on a scalable design system. Agents reported stronger client trust and improved lead quality, and the internal team gained a repeatable framework for onboarding new agents in a fraction of the previous time.

Overview

Ticor Title engaged me to overhaul the personal websites of 250 sales agents nationwide. Each site was carrying outdated 90s-era design conventions, inconsistent layouts, poor typography, and no mobile support. The goal was to modernize every agent's digital presence under a unified design system while preserving each agent's individual identity.

The Problem

With 250 agent sites built at different times by different people, Ticor's web presence was fragmented and visually dated. Agents lacked a professional digital identity that matched the quality and trust associated with the Ticor brand. There was no design system, no mobile responsiveness, and no scalable way to make updates, leaving agents unable to compete with peers at rival title companies who had modern, polished web presences.

APPROACH

01

Audit & Standardization

Conducted a full audit of existing agent sites to identify design patterns, common content types, and the highest-friction pain points. Defined a scalable component set that could flex to each agent's personal branding without diverging from the Ticor system.

02

Design System & Templates

Built a modern, responsive design system from the ground up, clean typography, a professional color palette, and reusable components for bios, listings, testimonials, and contact forms. Designed multiple layout variants so agents could express personality while staying on-brand.

03

Scaled Rollout

Coordinated the phased rollout across all 250 agent sites, working with internal stakeholders to prioritize high-traffic agents first. Established a repeatable production workflow that cut per-site delivery time significantly and gave Ticor's team a maintainable system for onboarding new agents.
